Plan A Tile Floor With The Room
Tile flooring is part of MDK Renovations’ flooring and tiling services. The room, tile format and layout should be discussed together so that the floor relates to the surrounding finishes.

Review The Tile Layout Before Installation
Consider the pattern and the way the tile meets doors, adjacent floors and other surfaces. If you are also changing wall tile or a backsplash, include those ideas in the discussion rather than selecting each finish in isolation.
Consider the tile size and direction together with the room’s edges and visible junctions. Samples, layout references and grout preferences can help explain the finish you want to discuss.
Share photographs and product references, along with the parts of the room you want to keep. MDK can discuss the tile floor within the project and review the installation details relevant to the space and chosen material.
If both are changing, include them in one conversation. Their layout, colours and adjoining finishes should be reviewed with the room and the rest of the renovation.
Provide the product details and explain the area you want covered. The existing surface, selected tile and installation scope still need to be reviewed for the particular space.
