Connect The Proposed Layout To Later Work
Framing should be considered with the design and the work that follows it. If you have plans, share them during the first discussion. If the arrangement is still being developed, explain what you want the rooms to accommodate.
Explain how the new arrangement differs from the existing space. Include drawings if available and describe any related drywall, electrical or finishing plans so the framing request is reviewed within the renovation.
Photographs of the current space help establish a starting point. MDK can review the framing request in the context of the wider renovation and identify the project details that need further consideration before the scope is agreed.
Share plans if you have them, or explain the layout you want to explore. The discussion can identify which design information is needed before the framing scope is settled.
Yes. Describe the whole request, including finishing details or other work in the same area. The scope should be reviewed together rather than assuming each part can be planned independently.
